Role and Responsibilities

Our Kitchen staff is responsible for making delicious dishes to be served to our guests. Enjoy cooking the Sahmโ€™s staples as well as an ever-rotating menu. In the Kitchen you will be focused on:

  • Follow recipe specifications to ensure the taste of each dish remains consistent.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen and know safety food standards.
  • The ability to work with various kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and stove tops.
  • Ensure your workspace stays fully stocked at the start of your shift and help put away at the end of each day.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Communicate with the kitchen team.
  • Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift and lift 50lbs.
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience cooking in a Kitchen
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
