About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple open roles at once and must be organized, adaptable, and proactive.
This role requires frequent and consistent communication with candidates and hiring partners. We connect with candidates by phone, email, text, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional communication channels as appropriate. Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with proactive outreach are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment from job posting through offer stage
  • Source candidates using Indeed and Boolean search techniques
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and alignment
  • Communicate with candidates through phone, email, text, and professional networking platforms
  • Coordinate interviews across departments and time zones
  • Prepare tailored candidate summaries for submission to hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System. Bullhorn experience is a plus
  • Track activity and meet established performance metrics
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs
Qualifications

Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging candidates across multiple communication platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet capable of supporting video conferencing
Preferred:
  • One or more years of recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Experience sourcing on Indeed
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
