This is a position of Junior Relationship Manager In charge of Japanese and Asian Corporate clients in the West Coast area to promote financing, deposits and transaction banking products to small\-to\-mid\-sized corporate clients.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Primary Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>

  • Provide value\-added financing solutions to existing and prospective clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain and improve client relationships to meet revenue targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Work on <\/span> <\/span><\/span>new transactions from origination, credit approval, documentation, and closing with senior member's support.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participate in the ongoing monitoring of the portfolio of existing clients proactively, responding to and anticipating any future needs, challenges or risks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Effectively partner with product specialists and subject matter experts across the bank to response clients' unique needs.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • Knowledge of the industries and understanding of credit and the Bank's products in middle and small market.<\/span>

    • Able to handle transactions with senior member's support from origination to execution.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication skills and attention to detail; clearly articulates view point orally and in marketing and presentation materials.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of market trends with flexibility to react quickly to changing market conditions.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of basic elements of credit and risk principles and legal and compliance regulations pertaining to lending.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in credit, proposing and negotiating loan documentation.<\/span>
