Job description

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Junior Relationship Manager supports Senior Relationship Managers with the everyday client-service and coordination work that keeps relationships responsive and commitments on track. The role manages routine follow-up, meeting preparation, documentation, scheduling, and status tracking so Senior Relationship Managers can focus on complex client needs and relationship strategy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Provide day-to-day support to Senior Relationship Managers, including client follow-up, meeting preparation, status tracking, document coordination, scheduling, and routine client requests.

Prepare client meetings by organizing agendas, materials, status updates, open items, and required follow-up.

Track client commitments, action items, deadlines, and outstanding information through completion.

Maintain accurate and current client information, activity notes, and supporting documentation in approved systems.

Respond to routine client and internal requests promptly and route specialized or sensitive matters to the appropriate Relationship Manager.

Coordinate with support, implementation, banking, finance, and operations teams to resolve routine client needs and maintain clear ownership.

Identify delayed, unclear, sensitive, or high-risk matters and escalate them early with the relevant facts and recommended next action.

Support consistent relationship-management procedures and suggest practical improvements when recurring service or coordination issues are identified.
