Overview
Do you have a passion for developing the next generation of talent? Are you energized by building innovative recruiting strategies, influencing senior leaders, and creating meaningful career experiences for emerging professionals?
We are seeking an Early Talent Relationship Manager to lead early career talent strategy across the Eastern United States. In this highly visible role, you'll help shape the future workforce of a global organization by driving our nationally recognized internship and early career programs, partnering with business leaders, and creating pathways that connect top talent to rewarding careers.
With more than 60 years of internship program success and strong executive sponsorship, you'll have the opportunity to elevate an already industry-leading program while making a measurable impact on business growth and talent outcomes.
Reporting to the Early Talent Development Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to leaders across multiple divisions, leading regional talent pipeline initiatives, campus strategies, internship experiences, and early career development programs.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead the early talent strategy for the Eastern U.S., helping shape the future talent pipeline for Gallagher.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop innovative recruiting and development strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships across divisions to drive alignment, engagement, and accountability for early talent initiatives.
- Oversee regional campus recruiting strategies, university partnerships, and talent attraction efforts.
- Lead workforce planning activities, including internship and early career hiring targets, allocation planning, and performance tracking.
- Analyze program data and participant outcomes to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness, program impact, and ROI.
- Deliver exceptional internship and career development experiences that inspire and retain high-potential talent.
- Collaborate with leaders and program participants to provide coaching, development opportunities, and career guidance.
- Champion innovative ideas that enhance the candidate, intern, and early career employee experience.
About You
What Makes You Successful
- Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage everyone from interns to senior executives.
- Experience leading large-scale talent, recruiting, HR, or development initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing strategy and execution.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent management, HR business partnering, organizational development, or workforce planning.
- Experience supporting university recruiting, internship programs, early careers, or talent development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the Eastern U.S.
- Financial services, insurance, or professional services experience is a plus.
At Gallagher, you'll do more than fill positions—you'll help shape careers, influence business strategy, and build talent pipelines that drive long-term organizational success. You'll join a collaborative team that values innovation, leadership, and professional development while giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the next generation of talent.
