The Role:

Entegris is seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management (TPM) to serve as the Product Development (NPD) portfolio and program management partner to our Micro-Environments Business Unit (ME BU) within our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. As a key member of the Business Operations Organization, the successful candidate will drive new product delivery and related revenue commitments by working closely with global Business/Product Management, Engineering, and Operations Leaders and their teams.

This position will manage NPD and complex strategic programs as groups of related projects for on-time and on-budget product launches by scoping, planning, and driving execution of activities within the global cross functional teams.

The candidate willdirectly manage program/project managersandtrain and develop project leadership capabilities acrossglobalengineering teamswithin the various programs to drive execution.

This new hire will be based at our Rockrimmon site in Colorado Springs. The team is also open to providing relocation support to the right candidate for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and manage the NPD portfolio for theMEBU in partnership with business, engineering, and operations leaders.

  • Directlydevelop and managea team of senior and junior Program Managers.

  • Launch new products through the StageGate Process.

  • Serve as the onsite NPD PMO leader forCOsites. Think and act globally while executing locally.

  • Establish andmaintainportfoliolevel visibility of schedules, priorities, dependencies, and risks.

  • Develop and support metricsbased portfolio and program reporting.

  • Provide program structure, communication plans, schedules, and budget oversight.

  • Lead risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning for complex technical programs.

  • Serve as a role model for program and project management best practices.

  • Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and ways of working.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • BS/MS degree in Engineeringorsimilar technical field or related experience.

  • 8+ years of project and program management experience at a global organization serving the semi-conductor or other high-tech industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tointerfaceand influence at all levels of an organization.

  • Direct people and team development experience.

  • Ability to lead global cross functional teams in the execution of complex tasks.

  • Ability to coach and mentor engineering project leaders in PMO tools and processes.

  • Being proactive, highly adaptable, and with the ability to drive plans to completion.

  • Financial acumen and value-driven mindset related to project and portfolio metrics to generate insights and decisions in partnership with global teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability toutilizedata, visualization, and enterprise AI tools (Microsoft Co-Pilotor similar) to drive automation, simplification, and increased speed and efficiency to deliver new products.

  • Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations for successful program execution.

  • Proficiencyin project management tools (Example: MS Project).

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience in the Semiconductortechnology / manufacturingindustry.

  • PMP/PgMP/PfMPor similar certification(s).
