As a Program Manager, you'll work onsite in Lakewood from 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, guiding a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about creating a culture rooted in Dedication, Dignity, Respect and Choice.

Compensation/Benefits:
- $58,750-$64,625 per year
- 4-day work week

What it's like to be a Program Manager for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
As a Manager at Developmental Disabilities Resource Center, you will supervise a dedicated team working directly with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Your role is pivotal in collaborating with other Managers and leaders to embrace and facilitate continuous change, identifying innovative approaches to enhance our business practices. Upholding the mission, vision, and values of DDRC is essential as you engage both employees and participants in our day programs.

As a proven self-starter and problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, you will play a key role in driving quality assurance and enhancing the overall experience for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Are you the Program Manager for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities we're looking for?
- BA/BS in related field or combination of experience and education.
- 2 years or paid or volunteer experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- 1 year staff supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of program planning and development.
- Must have ability to do all of the following:
- Work effectively as a team member.
- Physically transfers, repositions and otherwise physically assists people with developmental disabilities as needed to meet health and safety needs.
- Physical stamina to assist individuals safely, including the ability to stand, pivot, and transfer.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to push, pull, and position wheelchairs and other adaptive equipment.
- Manual dexterity for personal care and adaptive equipment support.
