Job description

Summary 
 
Plays a critical role in driving data-informed marketing decisions by leading the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of complex marketing data. Reporting to the Marketing Technology Director, is responsible for managing daily marketing intelligence activities, ensuring data accuracy, and uncovering insights that optimize marketing performance. By collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifies trends, measures marketing effectiveness, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

Conducts advanced statistical analyses, developing insightful reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, and Tableau, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and information systems, to ensure seamless data integration, reporting automation, and performance monitoring. Additionally, contributes to long-term marketing strategy by defining data requirements, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and automation processes.

Conducts qualitative and quantitative research and uses mixed-method approaches to data analysis. Writes technical memos that document data processing decisions and summarize the quality of data. Analyzes and synthesizes research findings into key insights for stakeholders. Creates, manages and maintains dashboards and reports. Assists in the design, implementation, and enforcement of data infrastructure security and system policies. Mentors junior analysts and upholds data governance best practices to ensure data integrity. 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, education, social sciences, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

Must have 7 years of experience in marketing data analytics with healthcare experience preferred. Experience with CPD platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Tableau SQL, Python and other data automation, integration and visualization technologies, strongly preferred.

Other Qualifications 

Requires strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Must be able to lead activities and collaborate effectively with other marketing/communications leaders. Ability to create, restructure, and manage large datasets, files, and systems.
