Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle Manager:
• Analyze revenue streams, reimbursement activity, and client-level financial performance to identify opportunities and risks
• Lead revenue cycle reconciliations and ensure accuracy across billing, collections, payroll, and financial reporting processes
• Monitor revenue drivers, service utilization, authorizations, census activity, and reimbursement trends
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to improve revenue optimization and resource allocation
• Provide executive leadership with actionable financial analysis and recommendations for operational decision-making
• Supervise assigned team members and collaborate closely with accounting, finance, and operational leadership
Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, reimbursement, accounting, or financial analysis
• Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, human services, Medicaid-funded programs, or related environments strongly preferred
• Strong background in financial analysis, reconciliations, revenue reporting, forecasting, and financial systems
