  • Facilitate patient flow from check-in through check-out in a timely, professional manner.
  • Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate patient demographic information.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient registration activities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
  • Collect and validate information to support accurate billing, reimbursement, and clinical outcomes.
  • Explain department policies, charges, and payment requirements to patients.
