You will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to teams and clients. You will be based in our Milan office as part of Milan Client Capabilities Network team. The Milan Client Capabilities Network is part of the geographic research and knowledge group with analysts covering the main sectors of activity for McKinsey in Italy.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Master's degree in economics or business (engineering) with record of strong academic achievement
  • Post-graduate work experience is valued; recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
  • Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting
  • Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and across all levels within an organization
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint); advanced software knowledge (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus
  • Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Italian
