Join us as we embark on an exciting new chapter in our brand-new office at Circle Square, Manchester.

As a Senior Insights Analyst, you'll join our Consumer Insights Team, part of the wider Data & Insights function, working closely with colleagues across Data Engineering, Reporting, Data Science and Digital Analytics. Together, these teams unlock the full potential of our data - with Consumer Insights playing a critical role in turning complex information into meaningful insight that shapes strategy and deepens our understanding of customer behaviour.

This is a highly visible role with real influence, where your insights will directly support decisionmaking at every level of the business - including the Csuite.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering Impactful Insights

  • Produce highquality, actionable insights across key operational and commercial metrics

  • Support supplier reconciliations, dispute resolution and P&L control frameworks

  • Analyse digital product changes, experiments and trials to assess performance and impact

  • Conduct user requirement analysis and define the most effective analytical approaches

  • Partner with Data Engineering to resolve data issues and ensure data quality and integrity

  • Identify, articulate and measure opportunities for business value creation

  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • Empower decisionmakers with timely, comprehensive and compelling analysis

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business

  • Confidently influence decisionmaking through insight, storytelling and commercial understanding

  • Work crossfunctionally to ensure insights are practical, relevant and outcomefocused

Supporting Team Development

  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics techniques, tools and ways of working

  • Support the delivery of wider Insight & Analytics projects and objectives

  • Contribute to a highperformance, datadriven team culture

  • Mentor and support junior colleagues in the delivery of insightful, highquality analysis

What You'll Bring

Technical & Analytical Expertise

  • Strong technical capability, with excellent SQL skills and high proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets

  • Familiarity with Databricks and Azure (preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and consolidating data from multiple sources

  • Proven track record of delivering insights that influence strategic decisions

Commercial & Communication Skills

  • Strong storytelling ability, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of business value creation

  • A critical thinker with a structured, problemsolving mindset
