Job description

MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR is a fast-growing advertising and public relations agency headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with offices in Phoenix and Orange County. We are a results-driven, award-winning firm with deep expertise in the hospitality, consumer services, and healthcare sectors. We work in an open environment where ideas are shared across all disciplines, and there are ample opportunities for advancement based on excellence.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-driven Experiential & Events Manager to concept, produce and execute immersive brand experiences on behalf of our clients. From high-impact consumer and B2B activations and influencer events to media moments and trade show and conference programs, this person transforms marketing objectives into memorable, shareable experiences that move people, and move the needle.

This role works cross-functionally with our public relations, creative, paid media, and account teams to bring integrated campaigns to life in the real world, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, on-brand, and built to resonate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concept, plan, and execute experiential brand activations, consumer and B2B events, influencer engagements, and media events from creative brief through on-site execution, designing the full attendee journey, not just the logistics.
  • Serve as the strategic and day-to-day experiential lead, with support from PR team leadership, across assigned client accounts and agency events, ensuring every brand moment aligns with broader campaign objectives and leaves a lasting impression.
  • Develop experiential concepts and activation proposals that connect client brand positioning to real human emotion; present recommendations with supporting rationale to internal teams and clients.
  • Design and manage influencer and media guest experiences, from invitations and RSVPs through on-site hosting, ensuring high-value attendees receive a premium, brand-consistent experience engineered for content capture and earned amplification.
  • Lead client event strategy and logistics across a range of formats, including grand openings, groundbreakings, product launches, conferences, and corporate gatherings; managing venue coordination, run-of-show, vendor oversight, and on-site execution.
  • Support client trade show and conference participation as needed, including booth coordination, materials management, and on-site staffing.
  • Build and manage the environments, moments, and details that turn an ordinary event footprint into an immersive brand world, overseeing fabricators, A/V and production companies, venues, caterers, photographers, videographers, staffing agencies, and other vendors.
  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules, run-of-show documents, event timelines, and budgets; ensure every element serves the larger experience strategy.
  • Track and report on experiential performance against defined KPIs, including attendance, earned media, social engagement, influencer content output, and awareness metrics, and communicate results clearly to account teams and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with PR and social media teams to ensure activations are architected for maximum media coverage, organic amplification, and content capture from the ground up.
  • Plan and execute MassMedia agency events, including client entertainment, industry networking events, and agency culture moments, representing the brand with the same standard applied to client work.
  • Maintain a master experiential calendar across client accounts and agency initiatives; proactively identify upcoming opportunities, emerging trends, and potential resource needs.
  • Manage and mentor junior event staff and on-site teams; brief and coordinate agency support staff and outside contractors.
  • Stay ahead of experiential marketing trends, emerging activation formats, and cultural moments to bring fresh, relevant ideas to clients before they ask.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in marketing, communications, event management, public relations, or related field
  • 4+ years of experiential marketing or event management experience, preferably within a marketing or PR agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience producing immersive brand activations, influencer and media events, and/or trade show programs with a clear point of view on audience experience design
  • Strong vendor network and negotiation skills; experience managing complex, multi-vendor productions and tight budgets
  • A creative eye and brand sensibility, you think about how something looks, feels, and lands, not just whether it runs on time
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple activations and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting concepts and results to clients and senior agency leadership
  • Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting spreadsheets, and standard MS Office programs; experience with event management platforms a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as activation schedules require
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm, creative, and decisive when things don't go as planned
