Position Overview

The Executive Event Chef plays a critical leadership role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our events division. This individual must be deeply engaged in the guest journey, balancing creativity, operational excellence, and financial discipline to execute at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary execution for high-volume, luxury events with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Collaborate on menu development, bringing creativity while aligning with brand standards and profitability goals
  • Oversee adherence to company SOPs, including ordering guidelines and staffing matrices
  • Manage kitchen operations during events, ensuring seamless execution from prep through service
  • Maintain strict standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure alignment across operations, service, and guest experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a luxury event or wedding venue
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead others
  • ServSafe certification (current and valid) required
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
