GTSC is strengthening its capture discipline to support sustained growth across large-scale federal opportunities. We are seeking a senior Capture Manager who can both execute complex captures and help mature our capture processes across the company. Location : Chantilly, Virginia, Hybrid-eligible.

Role Overview The Senior Capture Manager is responsible for shaping, qualifying, and advancing $50M+ federal opportunities , with a strong emphasis on GWACs and IDIQs , particularly OASIS . This is a player-coach role : you will lead captures directly while mentoring junior staff and coordinating across business units, technical teams, and leadership. This role requires independence, strong judgment, and the ability to influence without bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities • Lead capture efforts for large, complex federal opportunities ($50M+) • Shape winnable pipeline by qualifying opportunities and influencing early • Develop and document win strategies, competitive positioning, and teaming approaches • Coordinate closely with Proposal Managers, SMEs, partners, and executives • Drive customer engagement and market shaping activities • Support captures across GWACs, IDIQs, and large task orders, with emphasis on OASIS • Use AI/LLM tools to support market research, competitive analysis, and strategy development • Establish and reinforce consistent capture artifacts and milestone discipline • Mentor junior capture and BD staff • Operate independently while keeping leadership informed and aligned What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months • Increases pipeline value with well-qualified, winnable opportunities • Improves capture discipline and consistency across GTSC • Builds repeatable capture processes without slowing execution • Develops junior staff through active mentorship • Becomes a trusted advisor to Growth leadership and business unit leads Required Qualifications • Bachelorx27s degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of capture management or related federal BD experience • Proven success leading large-scale federal captures ($50M+) • Strong understanding of federal acquisition environments and buyer behavior • Experience with GWACs and IDIQ-based growth strategies • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes across distributed teams • Comfort leveraging AI/LLM tools in capture and BD workflows Preferred Qualifications • Direct experience with OASIS contract vehicles • Experience across both civilian and defense agencies • Familiarity with Shipley or similar capture methodologies • Strong executive communication and strategic thinking skills Benefits BENEFITS - Full-time Employees • Health and Dental Insurance • Group Life insurance • Short-term Disability • 11 Paid Federal Holidays • 401(k) GTSC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
