Overall Description
We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to support the Global Performance & Measurement team, with a strong focus on Paid Social initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, self-directed individual who excels at building performance dashboards, analyzing advertising data, and translating results into actionable insights across media and affiliate partner ecosystems.
In this role, you will analyze campaign performance across Condé Nast's paid social marketing programs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate reporting, meaningful insights, and clear performance storytelling. Your work will directly inform optimization strategies, partner reporting, and future revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze performance across paid social campaigns, spanning multiple brands, partners and platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting frameworks that consolidate paid media performance data.
  • Deliver performance analysis and insights across platforms, like social media ad management systems
  • Develop a strong understanding of stakeholder objectives, KPIs, and partner nuances to provide tailored, actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for internal teams and potential client-facing materials.
  • Support campaign wrap-ups, delivery reports, and recurring performance reporting tied to ads and brand partnerships.
  • Produce benchmarks, trend analyses, and insights to support repeat revenue and future planning across paid media initiatives.
  • Identify and proactively address data discrepancies, gaps, or reporting challenges across platforms and partners.
  • Provide guidance on performance measurement best practices, measurement methodologies, and data quality for paid social marketing programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in data analytics, paid media, or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in paid social, with working knowledge of conversion-based KPIs (ROAS, sales lift, conversion, attribution, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and automated reporting using BI tools such as Omni, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Omni experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis, QA, and more.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources, including ad platforms, on-site and internal reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with retail/affiliate marketing a plus
  • Experience with Omni Analytics, especially with modeling
  • SQL or Python experience preferred
  • Analytics engineering with dbt or similar experience
  • AI engineering through context and prompt development a plus

The expected base salary range for this position is from $73,000-$85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
