Develops and maintains operational reporting, performance dashboards, vendor scorecards, and analytical insights to support enterprise document services. Leverages data to drive operational excellence, evaluate vendor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide decision support for leadership and executive stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scoreboards, and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance, service levels, and contractual obligations.
  • Analyze operational trends, productivity metrics, and departmental KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor print, fulfillment, and document services utilization to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Support budget planning, cost analysis, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of operational data and reporting.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify and implement process improvements using data-driven analysis.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support business and operational needs.

Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Support enterprise and departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and operational analysis.
  • Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain reporting processes, documentation, and data definitions.
  • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
  • Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SUCCESS PROFILE

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, operational reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, healthcare operations, finance or other data-driven analytical roles required. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics preferred.

Education, Certificates, Licenses: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge: Data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement methodologies. Business intelligence concepts and dashboard development. Operational analytics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or data visualization tools. Data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy practices. Trend analysis, productivity measurement, and performance monitoring. Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Base Range:
