Job Description BI Reporting Specialist - Jr Level Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, Indiana Pay: Up to $70K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting their client in their search for a Jr BI Reporting Specialist to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for focusing on data cleansing, building queries, and creating dashboards to help drive business decisions. They will transform raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Data analysis including extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. Data Integrity including quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Manage, monitor, and improve existing reporting systems and dashboards.

Develop workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaboration to present findings REQUIREMENTS: Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's Experience with SQL for data extraction and querying Experience with a data visualization tool like Power BI, Phocas, Tableau, or QlikView High attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills. PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science AI experience with report creation Experience pulling data tied to an ERP.
