Roka Akor is seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our award-winning culinary team at our Old Orchard location.

Recognized for our contemporary Japanese cuisine, exceptional sushi program, and signature robata grill, we are looking for professionals who take pride in quality, consistency, and hospitality.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and specialty rolls to Roka Akor standards.

  • Maintain exceptional knife skills and product presentation.

  • Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of all seafood.

  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
