Application Support, Configurations, installation and Engineering
Application Support and maintenance and troubleshooting of IVR applications, Voice Portal System, CTI Routing and Call Recording systems.

Qualifications

  6-7 yrs of Application Support Experience of Avaya Call Center technology   like IVR, Voice Portal, CTI Routing and Call Recording systems and applications.
  Experience in installation of IVR Systems like Avaya Voice Portal and Voice Portal Management System Configurations
  Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting the Avaya and Genesys Call Routing system
  Strong technical, logical, and analytical skills.
  Strong team player and cooperative skills.
