To succeed as the IT Generalist, you should have:        

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on IT support experience
  • 2-5 years of help desk or IT support experience in Windows environments, including Microsoft 365 administration and device management
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, basic networking, and familiarity with Active Directory and IT ticketing systems
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users; English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration

Your responsibilities as the IT Generalist will include:        

  • Deliver end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, including Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, and business-critical applications
  • Configure and deploy IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technology to support office operations
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account provisioning, access control, and security compliance
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and managed service providers to resolve escalated issues and maintain system performance
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and support tickets to improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency
