IT Professional 1 Compensation

  • Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Shift: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 100% Onsite.
  • Work hours: 40 hour work week.

IT Professional 1 Responsibilities:

  • Support end users across North America with mobile devices and related services.
  • Communicate changes and impacts to the IT environment to users.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for mobile devices and mobile applications.
  • Develop user guides for Siemens Energy-specific application configurations.
  • Coordinate updates and upgrades for mobile devices.
  • Document new processes and update existing documentation for clarity.
  • Ensure compliance with the Mobile Policy by business users.

IT Professional 1 QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

  • Shift: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 100% Onsite.
  • Work hours: 40 hour work week.

Education/Licenses Needed

  • Experience in IT operations or end-user support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with iOS platforms and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
