Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The IT Analyst provides analytical, operational, and administrative support across IT programs, platforms, and services. This role documents requirements, evaluates system performance, analyzes data trends, and supports planning, reporting, and governance activities. The IT Analyst helps ensure alignment with policies, standards/ and operational procedures and supports readiness and adoption of new systems and capabilities.


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities)

  • Working understanding of data systems, APIs, ETL processes, dashboards, and cloud-based services (non-engineering level).
  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support compliance, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive or proprietary information.
