Job description

If you are a technically minded individual with strong organization and project management skills, you will be interested in our open IT Analyst position. In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination of EDI and integration implementation projects as well as providing tier-1 support for our built in-house integration tool. This person will help significantly improve feedback loops and lead times on integration projects using a strong sense of urgency and the ability to escalate issues quickly. Being a self-starter with strong organizational skills is necessary for this position.

As an IT Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

  • Collaborating closely with internal and external project stakeholders

  • Designing, implementing, researching, securing, and supporting enterprise systems

  • Participating in the day-to-day operations to meet strategic and operational objectives

  • Analyzing, documenting, implementing, and auditing measurable processes, policies, and work standards

  • Identifying and mitigating risks inherent in IT systems

  • Monitoring, improving, troubleshooting, and performing capacity planning for systems

  • Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests

  • Planning and managing projects

  • Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation

Pay Range Data:

Associate IT Analyst, $35.83 - $52.94 per hour. IT Analyst, $84,200 - $124,500 per year. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
