IT Analyst1

Assist with overseeing the implementation of Adobe Marketo Engage
platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Applications, including analyzing client systems and
specifications and developing customized solutions using available Salesforce technology. Lead
discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand campaign goals and translate them into actionable
user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation. Design, configure, and manage
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketo instances, including user management,
custom fields, automation rules, Smart Campaigns, Programs, Smart List, forms, landing pages, and email
templates. Develop and optimize lifecycle processes, scoring and grading models, and build complex
nurture programs using Engagement Studio. Ensure seamless data flow and integrity between Pardot,
Marketo, Salesforce Sales Cloud (via the connector), and other third-party systems such as Cvent,
LeadValu, ON24, Zoom, Amplitude, Content Hub, RingLead, LinkedIn including data cleansing,
deduplication, and managing compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA. Create custom reports and
dashboards using Snowflake, Tableau, Pardot and B2B Marketing Analytics to monitor campaign
performance, track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
for optimization. Responsible for providing requirements for development and support of Salesforce
Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
(Pardot), Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Integration, B2B
Marketing Analytics, Web Services - REST/SOAP API, SOSL, SOQL, ANT, GitHub, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
AMP Script. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, gap analysis,
customization, configuration, and testing, application configuration setups, functionality, and integration
of various modules. Work extensively on the functional side of the Interfaces, Conversions and
Customizations of reports. Troubleshoot user problems of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo
setups, Salesforce administrator tasks, application functionality and back-end tables.

Required: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Information Technology, Engineering or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or
related IT position. Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Account Engagement or Pardot, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Integration, SOSL, SOQL, JavaScript,
ANT, GitHub, HTML, CSS and Webservices - Rest and SOAP. Must be a certified Salesforce Platform
Administrator.
