The IT Analyst will be responsible for handling all help desk-related activities. Will interact with company users on all levels to provide prompt answers and assistance and resolve all IT related issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have extreme attention to detail and strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
Essential Functions:
  • Serves as point of contact for all colleague IT support, training and knowledge transfer for IT/AV systems.
  • Uses the IT ticketing systems and support requests from colleagues and possibly guests to identify and communicate total resolution.
  • Schedule and perform regular software and hardware maintenance.
  • Test, document and resolve conflicts within the technology deployments.
  • Follow and enhance standards of workstation configurations and software deployments.
  • Support mobile devices and mobile device management (MDM) platforms used by resort operations.
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, phishing awareness, MFA support, and adherence to corporate security standards.
  • Establishes priorities for daily and project related tasks based on business needs to meet deadlines.
  • Apply or assist in System patches, application updates, and approved corporate software tools.
  • Use provided tools to keep all systems compliant per corporate/directed standards.
  • Manage network configurations with corporate assistance along with network devices.
  • Maintain asset inventory and change management of assets.
  • Work with IT Director and Corporate Teams to evaluate equipment requirements.
  • Brings forth any issues that may affect systems and provide respective solutions to consider and implement.
  • Ensures company software, hardware, e-mail and internet policies are complied.
  • Support and own tasks for IT based projects as needed for property and brand initiatives.
  • Monitors system performance and recommends to management and Corporate Technology Team system upgrades deemed necessary and the time frame the upgrades will need to be made as well as the cost estimates and delivery schedules.
  • Deliver technology support in a manner that supports the resort's wellness-focused guest experience and colleague culture.
  • May participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support for critical business systems and resort operations.
