Job Description:

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT applications and for ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of those applications. They monitor system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. The analyst also provides technical support to end-users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems.Education: Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: Required: 4years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.Skills: Strong knowledge of inter-related solutions and IT systems knowledge with the aligned application domain. Develops and maintains knowledge of related IT systems as well as supporting business and IT domains. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with department resources. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of operational workflows. Strong documentation skills. Ability to lead small to medium size initiatives related to clinical systems improvementsLicensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
