Overview
Invoicing Specialist
CoventBridge is seeking an Invoicing Specialist in the Jacksonville, FL area to join our Production Team. The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations, data entry and processing invoices, as well as investigative documents. This position will report directly to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities/ Requirements
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:
  • Ensuring the life cycle of each case has been accurately billed
  • Completing invoicing finalizations with assigned weekly metrics
  • Confirming all investigative reports and attachments are client ready
  • Responsible for the overflow on phone systems
  • Communications with clients to ensure that all deliverables are met or exceed expectations
  • Daily follow up with all representatives within the CBG network to complete the life cycle of the case file

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter who takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self-accountable for results and performance
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to act quickly and decisively

Educational/Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma (Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred)
  • Or one-year related experience and/or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

The salary range for this role is $17 - $19 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
