Location: Hybrid (in-office 3 days a week in New Castle, DE)
FLSA: Exempt
Salary Range: $21 - $25
Start date: Early to mid April 2026
Reports To: Operations Manager
Overview
Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail, planning skills, and accomplishing tasks on your to-do list? If yes, you may be a great fit for this position!
ProAutomated is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to handle a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: invoicing, expenses, financial audit, and data entry to support our team of 150+ field engineers. Additionally, this position includes support for our office services and company assets. This is a Monday-Friday full-time position with a combination of work-from-home hours, as well as in-office hours in Christiana, Delaware. Training will be fully conducted in-office.
What you will be doing
  • Process time and expense submissions daily with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing using financial data and Google Sheets
  • Support the Invoicing Department by maintaining organized, reliable invoicing records
  • Work toward increased autonomy and ownership of invoicing systems and processes
  • Make informed decisions that reflect company values and a strong sense of fairness
  • Adhere to a strict code of ethics and maintain high standards of integrity
  • Stay proactive and engaged in managing responsibilities and deadlines
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support business growth as needed
