WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position resides in our Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate Division. The Division Coordinator will support the Division, VP, and company on quality invoicing and account receivable collection and ensure coordination, communication flow, and support for the Division. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Client invoice creation, submission, and accounts receivable follow up and payment tracking
  • Division and department invoice forecasting, reporting, and transmittals
  • Assists Doc Manager and VP with client communication, project updates, and product delivery
  • Supports project managers and assists with project processes/tasks
  • Reviewing and proofing quality for final products and deliverables
  • Crafting professional correspondences for product transmittals
  • Assistance coordinating division and cross-division workflow
  • Support file management, storage, and turn over process
  • Completing special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, gaining
    cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans
  • Salesforce lead for Division
  • General document support on Right-of-Way and Appraisal, including administrative tasks to support each department (filing, scanning, binding, formatting, etc.)
  • Division administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned

    PREFERRED TRAINING AND SKILLS


    • General accounting and/or invoicing experience
    • Experience with Sage Intacct Accounting Software
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and overseeing workflow
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    The position is 100% office work, with potential for office/home hybrid work at a later date.


    COMPENSATION

    Compensation commensurate with experience.
