Job description

Position Summary
Sanhua is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, inventory management, and sales operations. This role will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and business information is maintained within company systems.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
  • Analyze and coordinate inverter shipping plans from the SHI warehouse.
  • Provide support for warehouse, logistics, and financial processes through the SHI platform.
  • Support sales operations by maintaining inventory records and monitoring product availability.
  • Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable activities.
  • Process product returns and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update Business Partner, Material, and Pricing data within the SAP system.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, shipping, and customer service issues.
  • Support business account transition activities, including data imports, risk control measures, and implementation plans.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer service, sales support, logistics, supply chain, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with order processing, inventory management, or logistics coordination is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
