We are seeking motivated individuals to provide customer service support as independent contractors. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. Please note, this opportunity does not offer immigration sponsorship; therefore, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States to qualify.
Employment Type: Contract, 1099
Location: Remote (U.S. Eligible States Only)
Applicants must reside in one of the following states:
AL, AK, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NC, ND, NH, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY
Next training classes start: 07/16, 07/20 & 07/21. Subject to qualification & availability.
Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Provide your own PC/laptop, monitor(s), wired-internet, and headset.
  • Responsible for your background check fee and refundable class deposit.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
