Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service position in Albuquerque NM This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities

·       Greet customers and contractors in a professional and friendly manner.

·       Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs.

·       Process orders, quotes, returns, and sales transactions accurately.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

·       Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

·       Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

·       Support Branch sales goals through product knowledge and customer engagement.

 

Required

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Counter experience in wholesale distribution.

·       Local market knowledge is a plus!

·       A willingness to learn is a must have!

·       Great customer service and communication skills.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
