We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shop Invoice & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our maintenance/shop environment. This position is responsible for preparing and calculating customer invoices, ensuring accuracy of work orders, and assisting with general administrative tasks related to shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • ย Prepare, review, and calculate invoices based on completed shop work ordersย 
  • ย Verify labor hours, parts usage, and service records for accuracyย 
  • ย Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheetsย 
  • ย Communicate with shop personnel to clarify job details when neededย 
  • ย Maintain organized records of invoices, work orders, and supporting documentsย 
  • ย Assist with general administrative and office tasks as requiredย 
  • ย Ensure all billing information is accurate and submitted on timeย 
Requirements:

  • ย Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, and general data entry systems)ย
