This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage invoicing processes, ordering parts and checking in parts in ensuring accuracy and efficiency while contributing to our commitment to exceptional service. We are a commercial repair company for HVAC, restaurant equipment, refrigeration plumbing, electrical repair company.  
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ordering parts for jobs that need to be done.
  • Checking in parts
  • Maintaining a PO 's 
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoicing transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of invoicing procedures.
