Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Position Summary
The Premium team at OVG drives revenue and elevates the client experience for premium offerings across the company's portfolio of owned and operated arenas. The premium Global Partnerships Intern will get hands-on experience in managing the full lifecycle of premium sales, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. Interns gain a unique perspective on a career in premium sports and entertainment venue management, working with some of the most prestigious properties in the industry. This experience provides exposure to all facets of the premium business model, including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $22.00 (35 hours maximum).
This role is expected to last from June 8, 2026 and will end on August 7, 2026.
This position will remain open until July 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
Premium Responsibilities
  • Premium Sales & Revenue Operations: Understand the daily operations, sales strategies, and data processes behind premium seating in sports & entertainment.
  • Pipeline & Lead Generation: Assist in sales pipeline growth, prospect new B2B clients and high-net-worth individuals for premium products (e.g., suites, club seats), and collaborate with premium sales managers.
  • Data & Sales Platforms: Gain hands-on experience managing and optimizing revenue platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ticketmaster/Archtics, ZoomInfo, and Power BI).
  • Revenue Operations: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate prospect and client data.
  • Data Integrity & Pipeline Strategy: Support large-scale data hygiene initiatives critical for accurate revenue reporting, assist in refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and audit lead routing processes to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Client Profiles & Insights: Assist in creating detailed client profiles and lead-scoring documents during key stages of the sales process (e.g., pre-prospecting research, meeting prep documents for sales executives).
  • Premium Proposals: Assist in the creation of customized client presentations, pitch decks, and ROI analyses for OVG Revenue Operations Services.
  • Revenue & Performance Reporting: Help pull data and prepare comprehensive prospecting insights, sales recaps, and pacing reports to sales leadership.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis on new technologies, potential competitors, and prospective clients to support strategic decision-making.
  • Other Program Details: Participate in a summer-long capstone project, engage in professional development workshops, and attend meetings with company executives.
