We seek to hire a Global HR Business Partner who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting rapid expansion worldwide. Ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative our culture as the organisation grows and scales. In this position you will partner with senior business leaders and teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness in the region. You must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree with at least 8 years of progressively responsible HR experience, and 5 years of regional experience as HRBP in Tech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin, as the role will need to work with the stakeholders based in HQ China.
  • Have sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information, and strong attention to detail and on-time completion of deliverables.
  • Able to take initiatives with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and execute, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
  • Proven track record of working with senior management in an "influence-without-authority" role. Can confidently express your opinion, based on thoughtful data and analysis.
  • Able to travel frequently when needed.
