Description:

Full-time, fully remote position in retirement benefits administration, working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full-time, hourly, and nonexempt.


Duties

  • Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships
  • Provide support to Compliance Specialists in completing annual year end work
  • Interact with investment providers, plan sponsors, participants, and advisors
  • Track communication, documents and data
  • Attend team, department, and company trainings
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
  • Keep current on laws and regulations regarding retirement plans through education and training
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment
  • Own all procedures and tasks assigned to the Internal Support roles and regularly update checklists
  • Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Vice President


Requirements:
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work with an ability to maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
  • Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
  • Be able to work well within a team
  • Obtain RPF Certification within the first 12 months of accepting this position


Education and Experience – High school diploma or equivalent required. Retirement plan administration experience is preferred.


Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
