Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides real time support during an assigned shift to internal customers in cargo, ramp, sales, customer service and other operating groups relating to cargo and dangerous goods
  • Support includes a broad variety of subject matter such as: product information, security, dangerous goods policies/procedures/clearance, automated system applications usage, revenue management and embargoes
  • This support also consists of UC360 system testing, providing guidance to customers on how to complete transactions and assistance on how to address error messaging
  • Responsibilities include providing support to internal customers regarding dangerous goods handling that may involve remote dangerous goods acceptance
  • In addition, a CRIS agent performs other functions within the scope of their duties to provide quality customer service
  • The starting pay is $19.64/Hour according to the current Passenger Service Agreement Contract

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed:
  • High school diploma required
  • Knowledgeable about cargo operations, processes, policies and procedures
  • Experience with UC360
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work any shift, weekends and holiday
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
