Logitech Regional Managers are the face of the brand across multiple markets, delivering impactful training experiences, driving retailer engagement, and promoting brand advocacy throughout the Eastern United States.

Responsibilities
What will you do?
  • Serve as a Logitech brand ambassador across retail partners throughout the Eastern United States.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region conducting store visits, training sessions, market engagements, and retail partner meetings.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, training workshops, and sales presentations to store associates, retail leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Coach and develop retail teams to increase Logitech product knowledge, confidence, and brand advocacy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail leadership, field teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Reinforce Logitech's brand standards, product messaging, and strategic priorities across all assigned markets.
  • Monitor merchandising execution and identify opportunities related to display compliance, product placement, functionality, inventory visibility, and overall brand presentation.
  • Document and communicate display maintenance needs and execution gaps to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Support new product launches, promotional initiatives, retail events, and market activations.
  • Attend and represent Logitech at regional and national industry events, conferences, trade shows, partner meetings, and special brand activations.
  • Gather and share competitive intelligence, market insights, and field feedback to support business strategy and future growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Market Managers and internal leadership teams to ensure consistency in execution and maximize regional impact.
  • Complete detailed reporting on store visits, training participation, field observations, competitive trends, and business opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Logitech products, solutions, and emerging technology trends.

Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics, retail sales, field marketing, training, brand advocacy, or related industries.
  • Proven experience delivering presentations, facilitating training sessions, and engaging audiences of varying sizes.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer electronics environments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate retail teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large, multi-state territory.
  • High proficiency with business productivity tools, reporting platforms, smartphones, tablets, and virtual collaboration technologies.
  • Ability to identify trends, analyze field observations, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 80%+ throughout the Eastern United States, including frequent overnight travel, weekends, trade shows, conferences, and special events.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel by both air and automobile as required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple markets, districts, or regions.
  • Consumer electronics or technology industry experience.
  • Experience training retail leaders, field sales teams, or channel partners.
  • Experience working with large national retailers, including Best Buy and similar retail partners.
  • Experience representing a brand at trade shows, conferences, or industry events.
  • Public speaking, facilitation, or instructional design experience is a plus.
