The Team and Role:

Within the Logitech for Business division, the Services team is responsible for defining, creating, launching and operating revenue-generating services that complement our market leading hardware and software solutions for video collaboration and personal productivity. This is a fast-growing area within Logitech for Business responsible for many "v1" initiatives that challenge the status quo for what a "product" is at Logitech.

In the role of Sr Product Manager - Logitech for Business Services Growth you will lead the strategy for how Logitech attracts, onboards, communicates with and ultimately grows and retains customers as they navigate their service experience.

This role requires a blend of customer centricity, product craftsmanship and cross-functional leadership to identify the points in the customer journey that most impact purchase and satisfaction.

  • Define and evangelize the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the L4B Services Journey, from awareness and trial through acquisition, expansion and renewal.

  • Engage and build relationships with experts across Logitech's product, engineering, data science, sales, customer success, marketing and operations teams to align shared goals, priorities and investments.

  • Be an expert in the Logitech for Business customers and channel partners, through user research, partner feedback, data insights and effectively communicate learnings to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, from defining product requirements and success metrics to driving cross-team execution.

  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across the user lifecycle.

  • Communicate clearly with cross functional teams and leadership via formal and informal processes regarding strategies, tradeoffs, status and learnings.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering high-quality, customer-facing experiences, preferably in a B2B domain and with a focus on customer journey and growth strategies.

  • Customer centricity - ability to partner with consumer Insights peers and engage with end customers and channel partners, to deeply understand customer needs and priorities

  • Business acumen - ability to engage with business group and sales leadership to make informed tradeoffs regarding priorities and investments that align with short and long term business goals

  • Product acumen - ability to engage with designers, architects, engineers and program leaders to make informed tradeoffs on architecture, UX, performance, scalability and time to market.

  • Data-Driven Mindset - strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

  • Experimentation Expertise - experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.

  • Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered tools and workflows to improve product experiences, accelerate experimentation/analysis, and inform product decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to articulate complexity clearly and inspire project teams, executives and customers.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly collaborative, frequently ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Program Mgmt, User Experience, or relevant experience.

Location: Logitech is proud to support a hybrid work culture. This full-time role is focused on identifying hybrid candidates based in or near San Jose, CA; However, we are open to hybrid candidates in Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; Toronto, Canada; Cork, Ireland and Lausanne, Switzerland.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 118K and $ 255K depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
