The Role

We are seeking a visionary, growth-oriented Director of Product Management to lead, scale, and evolve our L4B Services portfolio. In this role, you will inherit a small but high-performing, team of Product Managers. Your mission will be to transform a successful foundational service offering into a massive, scalable expansion engine, targeting high double-digit revenue growth annually.

You will bridge the gap between hardware and software, driving the strategy for services that enhance our video collaboration ecosystem, making them indispensable to corporate IT and Facilities buyers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Own the Services Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive global roadmap for our revenue-generating service portfolio, aligned with overall corporate and video collaboration strategies.

  • Drive High-Growth Revenue: Formulate and execute strategies to consistently achieve double-digit annual revenue growth for the services business.

  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Lead extensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer & channel partners (distributors, MSPs, SIs, DMRs...) needs analysis to anticipate industry trends and define next-generation service offerings.

  • Drive Commercial Viability: Guide the strategic direction of service offers, pricing, and packaging models to ensure high-velocity monetization across multiple routes to market.

Leadership & People Development

  • Scale and Mentor the Team: Act as a player-coach to assist, guide, and mentor a growing team of Product Managers, elevating their skills in defining service offers and designing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment built on clear ownership, continuous learning, and strategic execution.

Evangelism & Collaboration

  • Be the Face of L4B Services: Act as the primary evangelist for the service business, building excitement and alignment with key enterprise customers, partners, and internal executive stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Hardware Product Management, Software, Sales, Channel Leads, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications & Experience

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Exceptional history of progressive, measurable impact in Product Management with a proven track record of scaling businesses beyond the initial start-up phase into established high-growth commercial engines.

  • Enterprise Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the B2B enterprise tech landscape and channel ecosystems. Proven experience selling to, or building solutions for, Corporate IT and Facilities and channel decision-makers is highly preferred.

  • Leadership Provenance: Demonstrated experience building, managing, and mentoring product management teams. You know how to develop talent and scale a team alongside a growing business.

  • Services/SaaS Background: Strong familiarity with recurring revenue models, service-level agreements (SLAs), support/lifecycle services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models.

  • Strategic Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives internally and champion solutions to complex enterprise clients externally.

Location:

This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at our San Jose, CA OR Irvine, Southern California office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 203,000 and $ 284000, depending on location and experience.
