We are looking for a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Regional Growth Marketing Manager for North America. The NA Regional Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the digital investment strategy for Logitech.com for North America reporting to the Head of DTX. This leader will own the Demand Generation Regional execution and optimization driving the DTC Demand Gen Model. Also will own the regional paid media budget, allocate across channels, shift spend based on performance, optimize marketing efficiency and build quarterly and annual investment plans.

Reporting to the Head of DTC e-Commerce North America, you will work with a team of Marketers as well as our Logitech partners to define, develop, and drive marketing programs to deliver on Logitech's strategic objectives. You will also work with other team members cross-functionally, including Sales, Online, Agencies, Finance, Category team and multiple channels.

This role requires ~ 15% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships (when required).

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and own the regional growth marketing strategy, grounded in global company priorities and local market intelligence. Continuously innovate for growth and brand distinction in a highly competitive environment.

  • Quartely Goal Setting: Develop clear, actionable short- and long-term marketing plans. Set ambitious KPIs through the funnel with spend, traffic, Revenue on Ad Spend (ROAS), Landing Strategies and CV% and Revenue.

  • Channel & Partner Ecosystem Growth: Design and lead channel marketing initiatives with Global & Regional teams cultivating high-impact partner relationships and leveraging success stories to differentiate in the market.

  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with Global and NAM Demand Gen teams to execute campaigns that drive quality traffic with high intent purchase. Drive the right phasing, allocate dynamically and shifting spend based on customer experience and ROAS.

  • Performance & Data-Driven Accountability: Work with Online, Finance, Global Marketing to leverage digital growth analytics and insights to optimize, grow and improve. Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial acumen.

  • Budget Stewardship: Oversee a multi-million-dollar budget with a strong ROI focus, balancing resources to maximize commercial impact.

  • Team Leadership & Culture: Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing marketing team both directly and indirectly. Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused culture-ensuring talent development, succession planning, and professional advancement.

  • Ecommerce Experience: Leverage your ecommerce experience in digital funnel execution to grow Logitech's online business with high double digit growth rates. Comfortable with Revenue, Gross Margin, ROAS, CAC, LTV, Conversion rate and new customer acquisition growth targets.

  • Ideate and build campaigns: Drive preference for the Logitech regional portfolios within the partner ecosystem and to their customers.

  • Partnership: Successfully partner with multiple teams to achieve key KPI including Online team, finance, merchandising, CRM, analytics, product teams, brand teams, country teams and agencies

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Many years in digital/performance marketing in ecommerce

  • $10M+ paid media budget ownership

  • Google PPC, Affiliates, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Rakuten media experience

  • Advanced analytics in AI/Excel/Tableau/Adobe/Content Square

  • Solid grasp of building positive partner relationships and presenting at executive and operational levels

  • Proven data-driven decision-maker with well-developed business and financial management skills

  • Proven record growing online revenue

Work Location and Model:

At Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-premises, or a blend of both. If relocation is required for this position, we will communicate the expected timeline and support offered.

This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.

Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 126,000 and $ 175000, depending on location and experience.
