Logitech is seeking a transformational Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Customer Account Management to lead and scale a team focused on enabling growth and delivering world-class supply chain solutions for North America's Direct accounts. This leader will drive AI-enabled planning and execution, foster deep customer-centric partnerships, and champion end-to-end supply chain operations to meet the evolving needs of our retail and etail customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embraces a growth mindset, and has expertise in Omni-channel growth, Social Commerce, and digital fluency.

You will report to the Director of NAM Customer Supply Chain Operations and will be instrumental in shaping the future of fulfillment and customer service of Logitech. Your team is customer facing and partnering with the commercial organization to enable growth and scalability with world-class supply chain solutions.This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office each week. Flexibility of Location to hire includes San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Customer Account Managers overseeing replenishment and supply chain operations, while driving scalability and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate best-in-class customer relationships through Joint Business Planning (JBP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and forward-looking PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) strategies.
  • Bridge AI-driven planning innovations with seamless execution to deliver transformative customer experiences across retail, etail, and Omni-channel platforms.
  • Champion supply chain best practices and push boundaries in fulfillment, leveraging AI and digital tools to unlock efficiencies and growth opportunities.
  • Shape and influence organizational change by fostering collaboration across stakeholders and enabling impactful solutions that deliver consistent results.
  • Establish win win supply chain partnerships with Customers

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, with deep knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, and future-focused planning methodologies

Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and expertise:

  • 12+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership roles managing managers.

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, forecasting, replenishment, and planning systems (Kinaxis experience is a plus).

  • Experience in Omni-channel growth, digital commerce, and leveraging AI capabilities for process innovation.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability, even with incomplete information.

  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Industry experience in IT, technology, or consumer electronics preferred.

  • Willingness to travel to customers, partners, and sales offices regularly.


Education:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline from a recognised premier college/ university, or equivalent direct experience

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 120,000 and $ 205,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
