Medicaid Project Manager-RHTP
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project management and operational implementation of all Medicaid RHTP funded projects to ensure they meet Medicaid strategic objectives.
• Manage the operational and business work flows and tasks in support of the Medicaid RHTP Project Sustainability Plan.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of system and business processes need to implement Medicaid funded RHTP projects
• Responsible for all operations including anticipated operational risks and mitigation strategy to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations.
• Responsible for effectively managing Medicaid priorities and the escalation of issues and key decisions points as needed and as appropriate to Medicaid leadership.
• Participate in the stakeholder engagement process and collaboration with CMS, state agencies, and stakeholders
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports.
Minimum Requirements
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience working in government funded programs such as Medicaid or other public-sector healthcare programs.
• Experience in project management, business analytics, and organizational readiness.
• Experience with managing complex, cross functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree (MPH, MPA, or related field).
• Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Program
• Experience supporting healthcare transformation or grant-funded initiatives.
