Join a firm dedicated to enhancing civic life and shaping vibrant communities through award-winning architecture and interior design. We are building our future with dynamic, forward-thinking professionals who are eager to make a lasting impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO….

  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design practice with a focus on construction documentation.
  • Knowledge of architectural detailing and current construction standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software and their application to Contract Documents.
  • Knowledge of codes, consultant's coordination (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural), and ability to successfully complete the permitting process with minimal aid and supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of construction contract administration processes.
  • Effective communication skills, conversational and written, for ongoing project collaboration and documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Working knowledge of parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo) a plus.
  • Proficient in Rhino and Enscape preferred.

WHAT WE EXPECT…

We value people who want to immerse themselves in creativity, collaboration, being at the forefront of innovation, and approach design inquisitively and thoughtfully. We are looking for people who are:

  • Interesting – We want people who can provide unique insight into our clients’ problems and contribute to their solutions in unexpected ways.
  • Great communicators – if you can’t spread your message, you can’t deliver results.
  • Self-starters – We want people who don’t wait for direction; they find the next task and get started.
  • Ready learners – We want people who are excited to add another tool to their repertoire.
  • Adaptable – We look for people who find the right context and right solution for the task at hand.
  • Tech savvy – Revit, Adobe CC, and Bluebeam are all musts.
