About Us

D&D Home Remodeling is a growing, family-owned design-build remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, full-home renovations, additions, and ADUs.

We provide a supportive, team-oriented work environment where communication, collaboration, quality, and long-term relationships are important.

We are looking for a talented and organized In-House Interior Designer to join our San Jose office and guide clients from the initial design concept through material selections and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, style, and budget.
  • Develop functional layouts for kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodels.
  • Prepare space plans, design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
  • Assist clients with cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint colors, and finish selections.
  • Create detailed finish schedules and maintain accurate records of approved selections.
  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, architects, vendors, and field crews.
  • Review measurements and verify that designs are practical and buildable.
  • Visit project sites and local showrooms as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and client approvals.
  • Help develop D&Dโ€™s internal design standards and client presentation process.
