The person we're looking for
We're seeking an Intermediate Designer who independently delivers high-quality UX and visual design, translates research into impactful solutions, communicates design decisions with confidence, and contributes meaningfully to client relationships and studio culture.
Job Overview
Some of the things you will be responsible for:
  • Deliver end-to-end UX and UI design with minimal oversight
  • Translate research insights into clear design opportunities and user-centred solutions
  • Plan and facilitate workshops
  • Contribute to and work within design systems, producing reusable, well-structured components
  • Identify trade-offs, evaluate risks, and make design decisions that connect to user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Contribute to pitch decks and other presentation assets
