Role Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer will design and produce complex graphics and materials for marketing and other departments in both print and digital formats. This position will be responsible for conceptualizing project solutions, designing graphics and implementing the design and production of marketing materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will also provide direct support to department and national needs associated with project opportunities, branding, events, programs and other miscellaneous projects. All activities will be performed in support to the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

CREATIVE SERVICES FAMILY - CORE

  • Designs creative solutions to be used in proposals, presentation, advertisements, and events.
  • Communicates the marketing strategy through visual design concepts.
  • Produces presentation materials and deliverables for internal purposes and project pursuits.
  • Generates event graphics and ideas, and attend events such as: trade shows, conferences, client events, and in-house planned activities.
  • Implements the design and production of marketing materials and special projects for marketing and other departments, ensuring corporate identity is maintained.
  • Conducts research from various resources to obtain information about potential clients.
  • Utilizes a variety of resources to collect information and graphic materials for marketing projects.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the highest standards of client satisfaction by displaying courtesy and sensitivity and responding promptly to client needs.
  • Meets client commitments, recognizes and acts upon service opportunities.
  • Solicits and applies feedback to improve quality of design and service.
Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:

  • Attends press checks as needed to maintain quality and corporate standards.
  • Develops and implements graphic concepts at a high level for national distribution.
  • Develops and implements graphics to support and evolve the Company's brand at a regional and national level.
  • Works with management to provide input and ideas to develop the corporate identity standards, supporting brand image and standards.
  • Possesses strong conceptual skills with a high-level sense of design and layout.

  • Bachelor's degree  in graphics design or related field (Required)
