We are seeking an experienced Integration Principal/Lead developer focusing on the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions across our global organization. This role requires expert experience with Boomi and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), strong knowledge of modern integration architecture, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
The ideal candidate will combine handson development skills with leadership, standards governance, and the ability to influence integration strategy at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain global integration architecture standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • Architect endtoend integrations ensuring scalability, performance, and resiliency.
  • Partner with enterprise architects to align integration solutions with global IT strategy.
  • Collaborate with business, security, networking, cloud, DevOps, and application teams across regions.
  • Build complex integrations across SaaS, cloud, onprem enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Drives successful integrations with internal and external teams, including vendors.
  • Lead global development teams and coordinate delivery across multiple time zones.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure standards adoption, and reduce technical debt across integration teams.
  • Mentor developers on best practices, patterns, and contribute architectural guidance across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure integrations comply with global security policies, data privacy, and audit requirements.
  • Lead troubleshooting of highpriority integration issues and root cause analysis.


Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ yearsproviding technical solutions developmentacross cloud and onprem systems
  • 7+ years building and operating enterprise-scale integration solutions meeting complex business requirements
  • Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, XSD, scripting, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience integrating major enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, CRM, Identity, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Certifications in Boomi, OIC, OCI, or cloud architecture.
  • Demonstrated delivery of enterprisescale integrations on Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
  • Interface architecture knowledge with one or more on-premise / SaaS packaged solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience with multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, Oracle, GCP).
  • Experience with API Management, API gateways, and API lifecycle management.
  • Practical understanding of OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, SSO, IdP integration, secrets management, and key rotation
  • Familiarity with multiple programming environments and toolsets.
  • Ability to mentor globally distributed teams.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices for integration deployments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $144,500-$211,933 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
