Job Description
This role applies deep familiarity with infrastructure and platform ecosystems to accurately interpret system behavior and translate complex technical signals into clear, actionable analytics and Power BI insights that support operational awareness and technology strategy.
The position supports Technology teams with the design, planning and operational analytics under Enterprise Infrastructure by acquiring, integrating, and analyzing data from infrastructure-adjacent, platform, and enterprise systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises banking environments.
Core Responsibilities
  • Apply prior infrastructure engineering experience to accurately interpret platform, service-level, and operational data
  • Analyze complex data from enterprise and infrastructure-adjacent sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Lead and contribute to large-scale data and analytics initiatives by acquiring, integrating, and analyzing data across multiple systems
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into infrastructure-adjacent metrics, service health, and platform usage
  • Translate complex technical and operational data into clear, management-ready insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, cloud teams, data engineers, analysts, and business partners to deliver a holistic view of technology performance
  • Monitor outcomes of implemented recommendations and provide follow-up analysis and data-driven adjustments
  • Identify patterns or anomalies that may indicate infrastructure, platform, or data pipeline issues, and partner with responsible teams to investigate
  • Ensure all data acquisition, analysis, and reporting comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
  • At least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI for data querying, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and advanced analytics
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-system and infrastructure-adjacent data into actionable insights
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure ecosystems, including major platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and how to compute, storage, networking, APIs, and platform services generate and emit data
  • Experience with data platforms, ETL / ELT processes, analytics platforms, and big-data environments, and how they integrate with underlying infrastructure
  • Understanding platform observability concepts (e.g., performance metrics, capacity indicators, reliability signals, and service-health data) and how they are used analytically
  • Understanding of process diagrams, process materials, data catalogs, data quality, governance, security, and compliance in regulated enterprise environments
  • Experience using GitHub or version control tools in support of analytics, automation, or engineering-adjacent workflows
  • Exposure to or exploration of AI-enabled analytics, automation, or intelligent agent capabilities
  • Experience aligning infrastructure and platform insights to enterprise or technology strategy
  • Strong comfort using data to support storytelling, decision support, and executive-level communication
  • Demonstrated project or initiative leadership skills in cross-functional, technology-aligned environments
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
