Infrastructure Consultant

Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)

Position Summary

EIS is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant to support client projects focused on Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, endpoint management, and hybrid environments. This role works directly with clients to assess, implement, support, and optimize Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Deploy and administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and identity synchronization.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management.
  • Assist with server migrations, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking components including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in client assessments and infrastructure reviews.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver client solutions on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
  • 3โ€“7 years of infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Experience supporting networking and endpoint technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting environment.
