Overview:
AvePoint is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Infrastructure to support enterprise customers in modernizing their cloud and collaboration environments.
This role focuses on infrastructure, architecture, and platform optimization, ensuring customers maximize the value of their Microsoft and AvePoint investments through scalable, secure solutions.
You will operate as a technical advisor and solution strategist, bridging customer needs with AvePoint's platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales teams to engage customers on cloud, infrastructure, and platform modernization initiatives
  • Assess current environments and identify opportunities for optimization, migration, and consolidation
  • Design and present scalable solutions aligned to Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and AvePoint technologies
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops
  • Provide guidance on cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, and operational resilience
  • Advise customers on scalability, cost optimization, security, and governance best practices
  • Support end-to-end presales activities, including proposals, technical validation, and solution positioning
  • Partner with account teams to drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment
  • Support internal enablement, product feedback loops, and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Architecture, or Technical Presales
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
  • Experience with migration, backup, security, and governance solutions
  • Ability to design and communicate enterprise-scale architectures
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales environments and complex deals
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The Salary Range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards.
