The Job

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Business Development Representative. This opportunity has an excellent training program, a strong base salary, and an uncapped commission. What You Will Be Doing as a Business Development Representative:

  • Help to establish the market brand by using sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Maintain relationships with clients and respond to their needs to keep a positive client account
  • Prepare marketing and sales reports and develop new strategies to uncover new market growth
  • Manage a sales networking plan and develop new client relationships through targeted social media marketing campaigns
  • Call on new clients and set up demo meetings and sales presentations
  • Assist in analyzing inventory using the order-entry device system
  • Work closely with the marketing team and account managers to deliver the best options
  • Attend trade shows and networking events when necessary to develop new leads
  • Responsible for proper pricing on invoices of current and new clients
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the development of customer's category management projects
