The Integration Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining enterprise system integrations across the organization. This contributor-level technical role focuses primarily on building and supporting scalable integrations using APIs, event-driven architecture, and message queues to enable reliable data exchange and near real-time processing with applications such as D365 and Salesforce. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using an iPaaS cloud integration platform.
  • Build and support REST APIs and integration services using established tools, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data flow errors or system connectivity challenges.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Create and maintain API documentation, integration mappings, and technical specifications.
  • Support automated testing of integrations and APIs to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, support integration priorities, and deliver solutions on time.
  • Work with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand integration and related data requirements.
  • Contribute to solution design discussions, providing input on integration approaches and technical feasibility.
  • Execute assigned development tasks in alignment with project plans, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Perform testing and validation of integration to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Document integration workflows, API structures, and data processes for knowledge sharing and support.
  • Investigate and assist in resolving integration and data-related incidents, identifying root causes where possible.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience developing API, message queue, and event-driven integrations.
  • 2+ years of experience working with an iPaaS integration platform, preferably MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Boomi, or Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
  • Preferred experience:
    • Experience using CI/CD pipelines for integration and API deployments.
    • Integrating to D365 or similar ERP, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and eCommerce platforms.
    • Exposure to Azure DevOps or comparable SDLC management tools.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Working knowledge of API development, system integration concepts, and common integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of API security, API lifecycle, and API management.
  • Basic understanding of data structures, database concepts, data transformation, and data pipeline fundamentals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration and data issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
